At Urbanedgeapparel, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or cancel an order after it has been placed. Because we begin preparing orders quickly to ensure timely shipping, requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted as soon as possible.

This policy explains how order modifications, cancellations, refunds, and replacement requests are handled. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process while minimizing delays to order fulfillment. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout and to contact us promptly if assistance is required.


Order Changes

We understand that circumstances can change after an order is placed. If you need to modify your order, such as updating the shipping address, correcting contact information, changing the quantity of an item, or requesting a different product, please contact our customer support team immediately.

All change requests are reviewed individually and are subject to the current processing status of the order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request whenever it is operationally possible.

Examples of changes that may be requested include:

  • Updating the shipping address.
  • Correcting your name or contact details.
  • Changing product quantities.
  • Replacing one item with another available product.
  • Removing items before processing begins.

Because orders are processed promptly, requested modifications cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment activities have started.


Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it enters processing. Since our fulfillment team begins preparing eligible orders quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after the purchase is completed.

When a cancellation request is received, we first verify whether the order has already entered fulfillment. If processing has not yet started, the cancellation will generally be approved, and any eligible refund will be initiated according to our standard refund procedures.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that the order can be cancelled. Confirmation from our support team is required before a cancellation is considered complete.

Processed Orders

Once an order has entered processing, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment. This process may include payment verification, inventory allocation, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping label creation.

Because these steps begin quickly, processed orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled. If shipment has already been arranged, the order will continue through the normal delivery process.

Customers who no longer wish to keep an order after it has shipped may be eligible to request a return after delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all shipping details before submitting an order. Providing complete and accurate delivery information helps avoid delays, returned packages, or unsuccessful deliveries.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet entered processing, we will make every reasonable effort to update the information before shipment.

If the shipment has already been transferred to the shipping carrier, address changes may no longer be possible. In these situations, delivery outcomes depend on the carrier's available services and routing procedures.

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may result in delivery delays or returned shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested after the package has been returned due to customer-provided address errors.


Refunds

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. The exact posting date depends on your payment provider and financial institution, which may require additional processing time after the refund has been initiated.

Urbanedgeapparel does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or eligible cancelled orders.

If a cancellation request cannot be approved because processing or shipment has already begun, refund eligibility will instead follow the terms described in our Return & Refund Policy.


Replacement Orders

In certain situations, customers may prefer to place a replacement order instead of modifying an existing purchase. This option is often the fastest solution when an order has already entered fulfillment and changes are no longer possible.

If inventory is available, customers may submit a new order while requesting cancellation of the original purchase if it still qualifies. Our support team can help determine the most appropriate solution based on the order's current status.

Replacement orders are processed independently and are subject to normal inventory availability, payment authorization, and shipping timelines.
